대일리 매일이 보도한 승객 백태,
자세히 들여다 보면 재미 있다.
고양이새끼 여러마리를 안고 있는 한국인도 있다.
We all make snap observations about our fellow bus or train passengers.
But where do you even start with some of these?
Indeed, the following characters were deemed so eccentric, photo evidence of their existence simply had to be shared.
One subway passenger in Melbourne, for example, spent nearly the entirety of his journey sitting stock-still with a pink jumper thrown over his head, according to the person who uploaded it to Imgur.
Another man was captured fast asleep and sprawled across four seats without shoes on, wearing a scuba mask and brandishing a snorkel.
Here, MailOnline presents a gallery of public transport happenings which will leave you with a lot more questions than answers.
The definition of nope: According to the uploader who took the snap in Melbourne 'this guy sat like this for most of the trip'
Next level: This was captioned 'if video games have taught me anything, it's that this guy is selling rare items that I'll need later in my quest'
Gone fishing: This man was captured fast asleep and sprawled across four seats without shoes on, wearing a scuba mask and brandishing a snorkel
Into battle we go: Faces etched with determination, a team of gladiators march through the London Underground as fellow passengers gawp from the escalators
Pushed the boat out: The feathered hat, the steampunk goggles, the sunglasses, the fur coat, the umbrella, and the leather gloves - an eclectic look, to say the least
Logistical nightmare? This man's ongoing journey was never going to be easy, but he's going for it anyway
London vs New York: The Brit who shared the image on the left described his fellow passenger as 'the original hipster'. The American who shared the photo on the right made no comment
Arts and crafts: This man, who appears already to have knitted himself an entire outfit, was spotted working on a new project aboard the New York subway
Animal magic: The woman on the left with her bundled-up chihuahua was snapped on a Russian bus, while the man on the right with kitten shoulder-pads was on a Korean train
Keeping tradition alive: This was captioned 'man genuinely pulls off the monocle look on London Tube - a hero of our times'
That's one way to do it: Perhaps whoever was transporting these balloons might have inflated them once they'd reached their destination, not before?
Casual: In full fancy dress, a woman (left) browses a Morrisons leaflet and (right) a pirate-clad man makes adjustments to his wheel
Abracadabra? This man possibly had a good reason for riding an evening bus with a pair of white rabbits in tow, but we're not sure what that was
Decked out: Not only is this dog standing on a skateboard, it it also wearing tiny boots and a Yankies cap for good measure
Winter is coming: In an ode to a Game of Thrones white walker, this was wittily captioned 'when you need to attack the wall at 8:30 but the Tube is late'
Curious: This very flexible pair of legs (left) confounded the subway rider who snapped the photo. The shelter built around this wheelchair (right) is also a bit of a head-scratcher
We've all been there: What started as a flick through the paper ended, for this Londoner, in a nap
Overboard? This amusing snap was captioned 'not sure if my fellow subway rider fully understands the concept of highlighting'
Greatest caption ever? The uploader wrote 'this guy at the airport looked so much like Charles Darwin that I didn't even take his picture... my camera just naturally selected him'
Suited and booted: If nothing else, this character is 100 per cent committed to his sartorial theme
