One of the two Chinese-origined Korean noodle dishes
 that I like. The reddish stock is believed to be made of chicken with
 a fair amount of hot red peppers along with assortments of sea foods
 like mussel, squid, baby octopus, clam, etc.
 Due to this hot pepper and sea foods the stock doesn't reek of any animal
protein or fat which I can't stand it.
 Once there was a pretty decent Korean Chinese restaurant south
of Wonderland Costco offering this smogasboard of seafood stew noodle.
