•The primary responsibility of the Naturalist is to provide the highest quality of service to the guests at all times in a professional and courteous manner. •Lead hikes in Kantishna, Denali backcountry, providing natural and cultural history information. Hikes may be casual, moderate, or challenging. •Driving guests in 15 passenger vans to trailheads on private and National Park Service lands. •Drive guest shuttles to Wonder Lake and other areas. •Developing and presenting at least two different educational programs to guests. •Organize and maintain Guest Services Desk, Program Lodge, props, slides, and guide cubbyholes. •Maintain fishing gear and waders. Sell fishing licenses to guest and complete state license report summary. •Organize and maintain guest hiking gear and rubber boots. •Organize mountain bikes and equipment.
