요새 알라스카 유콘강 근처 땅들 매물이 많이 나오고 있네요.

연어가 올라오는 철이면 ,  연어잡이를 위해 많은이들이 몰려 옵니다.

겨울에도 장어를 그냥 건져낼 정도더군요.

또한 사냥철이면 , 모든 사냥꾼들이 이길을 거쳐서 지나갑니다.

Alaska Denali Travel is looking for a highly energetic Naturalist to join our Denali Backcountry Lodge Team inside Denali National Park during the 2013 Summer Season (May 28 - Sep 15)

Essential Functions:

•The primary responsibility of the Naturalist is to provide the highest quality of service to the guests at all times in a professional and courteous manner.
•Lead hikes in Kantishna, Denali backcountry, providing natural and cultural history information. Hikes may be casual, moderate, or challenging.
•Driving guests in 15 passenger vans to trailheads on private and National Park Service lands.
•Drive guest shuttles to Wonder Lake and other areas.
•Developing and presenting at least two different educational programs to guests.
•Organize and maintain Guest Services Desk, Program Lodge, props, slides, and guide cubbyholes.
•Maintain fishing gear and waders. Sell fishing licenses to guest and complete state license report summary.
•Organize and maintain guest hiking gear and rubber boots.
•Organize mountain bikes and equipment. Sign-out mountain bikes to guests, ensuring they follow all road regulations and policies.
•Organize and maintain library and art supplies.
•Clean and organize drying room, returning gear to the proper place.
•Clean and maintain vans and busses - Bus washers do regular bus washing.
•Being especially visible to guests during peak times of service, and to provide immediate assistance to guests as requested.
•Must have current First Aid and CPR training and valid Drivers' License.
•Able to move and lift supplies and equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
•Assist other departments as needed to facilitate the smooth operation of the Lodge and to maximize the guest visit and satisfaction.
Supervisor may assign other duties as needed


Qualifications

•Two years of similar work experience.
• Knowledge of Alaska natural history.
•A candidate with a degree or substantial practical experience in outdoor education, recreation, or related natural studies in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology and Botany in arctic/sub-arctic or alpine regions will be preferred.
•Excellent public speaking skills
•Organization skills.
•Works well under pressure.
•Can effectively solve problems.
•Able to give and receive direction.
•Professional communication skills, oral and written.
•Knowledge and experience of common hiking, camping, and outdoors.
•Outstanding customer service skills.
