눈폭풍 탈출: 캔쿤 바닷가로

2018 첫 눈 폭풍 Snow Storm이 미동부 해안 지역을 강타,

보스톤 지역은 적설량 12인치 이상, 온도는 화씨 4도,

40 마일 강풍 동반, flooding, ice/wave 피해, 15명 사망.

학교를 비롯 모두 문을 닫고,

Airport도 문을 닫고, 물론 flight도 cancel 되고,

TV는 계속 폭설 피해를 24시간 방송해서 아예 꺼버렸다.

꼭 필요하지 않으면 나가지 말라 해서

오늘 하루 종일 눈속에 갇혀 있는데, 

혹한에 water pipe가 파열

집안에서 바쁘게 돌아쳤다.




눈 폭풍 탈출 시도, 공항엘 갈 수 없고 비행기도 cancel이라,

지난 번에 다녀온 Secrets Playa Mujeres, Cancun

사진을 Bob Marley 의 음악과 함께 들으며

창밖에 쌓인 눈과 바람 소리를 무시하고 지냈다.

그래도 눈이 그치면 눈사람도 만들고

 아름답게 변한 뒷산에 가볼 수 있다는 기대를 가지고…
